Thank you for visiting and shopping at Belsiva.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number provided. if you haven't received either one yet, then your order has not been shipped.

Orders take 24 hours to be processed which is Monday-sunday and holidays.  We ship orders on the same day from 7am till 10pm, 

If you choose standard shipping the product normally take 2-3 days to arrive to your home. If you choose express shipping it's takes 1-2 days.
