Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS.
Please read the following on how to successfully process an exchange:
- All sales are final. If there are any mishaps on our end, please contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
- You have a 15 day return/exchange policy. Once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in sellable condition or we will not accept it.
